Notes on Being combines chamber music and mindfulness in a more participatory setting than a conventional concert.
The plan
Notes on Being combines chamber music and mindfulness in a more participatory setting than a conventional concert. Presented in the Truist Pavilion at New World Center, the Fellow-led program invites you to slow down and pay attention to the experience of listening. It is a useful choice for someone interested in live classical music who would prefer a reflective session to a formal seat-and-stage evening. Bring a mat as requested by the organizer.
Before you go
The session is December 15 at 7:30pm, with pay-what-you-wish admission and a suggested $10 contribution. Reserve through the official page and check the session instructions. The suggested amount is a guide, not a reason to assume an unannounced mandatory ticket charge.
Plan your visit
Use the organizer’s current listing for ticket availability and any last-minute changes. Save the exact date, address and admission terms before leaving; a listing on our calendar does not reserve a ticket. Keep some space around the event for travel, and contact the venue directly if you need an accessible route or a particular seating arrangement.
Before you go
Choose the indoor concert ticket deliberately; nearby park activities and any separately announced WALLCAST do not automatically include a seat in the hall.
