The plan
Run Rhino’s holiday race offers 5K, 10K and half-marathon options, with the finish inside the Bandshell and Santa available for photos. Proceeds benefit Clean Miami Beach. Choose the distance that suits your training rather than treating the event name as a promise of an easy fun run; the half marathon is a substantially different commitment from the shortest route.
Before you go
The venue lists a 7am start, with access from 5am. Registration is through the linked race organizer. Confirm your own distance’s start, packet collection, course and included items there; the general venue time does not replace race-specific instructions.
Getting there & the venue
The Bandshell is an open-air venue under a canopy, so dress for the evening rather than for an air-conditioned theater. Its municipal lot is across Collins Avenue at 73rd Street and costs $2 an hour. Outside food and drinks are not allowed; there is a water refill station inside. Allow extra time for parking and ticket scanning, especially if you want to be settled before the opening performance.
Before you go
Check the race’s hydration and equipment guidance, and allow plenty of time to get to the start before sunrise.
